Portland Metalcore band Darkenside just dropped their new single “When I Cave In” and if you are a fan of this genre this is the band for you!
Myself, I am not a fan of clean vocals with heavier music; I would love to see this song as well as more in the future with vocals that do lows and highs. I personally think this style of vocals will push this song to the top! However, overall the song is pretty good, I do love the heaviness of the instrumentals and I would love to hear a little bit of a breakdown as well.
Definitely go check this out if you are a fan of bands such as Sleep With Sirens, Silverstein, etc. You definitely won’t be disappointed! You can check the music video for “When I Cave In” below!
